According to reports, the party responsible for the collision pulled up to park in front of the Starbucks located on North Denton Tap Road when, for unknown reasons, this individual hit the gas and crashed through the front of the store. It is unclear if the driver is among the injured or if all three victims were customers or employees. All of the victims are expected to recover.

As of the latest report, the driver’s identity has not been released to the public. This individual has not been arrested or charged for the incident. It is unclear if any charges are pending in this case.

Car accidents like this one do not happen all too often, but when they do, everyone involved can be left scarred in various ways. The physical, emotional and/or financial losses suffered by the injured may end up being too much for them to bear alone. Luckily, they may be able to seek some relief. With the assistance of legal counsel, these individuals may seek monetary damages for any legally recoverable losses — whether they are economic or non-economic in nature — by filing claims against the responsible party in a Texas civil court.
